Deborah is a practicing massage therapist in the State of New York since 2010.  Deborah graduated from New York College of Health Care Professions and is certified in Medical,  Palliative Care, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue,  Hot Stone, Rain Drop, Thai, Swedish and Asian Massage

Deborah Stecker completed an 800 hour Yoga Therapy Program at the Yoga & Polarity Center under the direction and mentorship of Jane McQueen receiving her Certification through the 

 International Alliance of Yoga Therapists in 2019

Deborah studied Hatha Yoga with David Teitler at New York College of Health Care Professionals receiving  her first 200 hour certification in 2010.  Going on to Study Hatha Yoga with Heather Principe at the Yoga & Polarity Center were she received  an additional 200 hour certification in 2016 and 500 hour Certification in 2017.
